Cancellation And Refund

Changes, cancellations and returns of accommodation facilities and tourism products.
On our platform there are several types of travel services that can be booked online. These include airfare, Hop on Hop off bus tours, major city river and canal cruises (with or without dinner), entrance fees to various popular attractions, shows and shows (with or without dinner), theme parks, single or multiple tours. days in different countries of the world.
Each service purchased on our platform has its own separate cancellation, modification and return policies. Our booking system is fully automated, cancellation or refund information is available at the time of booking a service or product. For air travel and air tickets, separate cancellation and change policies are listed below.
1. When you make a Booking, you accept the applicable policies displayed during the booking process. You will find each Service Provider's cancellation policy and any other policies (about age requirements, surcharges for group Bookings, extra beds, breakfast and pets, etc.)
2. If you cancel a Booking or become a no-show, any cancellation/no-show fee and any refund will be subject to the Service Provider's cancellation/no-show policy.
3. Some Bookings cannot be canceled free of charge (the word Non Refundable or Non Refundable will be stated when booking the product), while others can only be canceled free of charge up to a certain time specified at the time of booking.
4. If you have booked a Travel Product and have paid in advance (including all price components and/or security deposit, if applicable), the Service Provider or Master Tour LLC may cancel the Booking without notice if it is unable to collect the balance on the applicable date. If it does so, any non-refundable payment made by you will be refunded only at the discretion of the Service Provider. It is your responsibility to ensure that payment is made on time (that your bank, debit card or credit card details are correct and that there are sufficient funds in your account). Since any payment for a travel product you book through our platform goes through our bank account, refunds may be subject to banking and tax charges.
5. If you think you will not arrive on time, please contact your Service Provider and let them know when they can expect you so they do not cancel your Booking, or contact our support team. If you are late, we will not be responsible for the consequences (for example, cancellation of your Booking or any fees that the Service Provider may charge).
6. As the person making the Booking, you are responsible for the actions and conduct (in relation to the Travel Product) of all members of your party. You are also responsible for obtaining consent from these individuals before providing their personal information to us.

Flights
1. Most Airline Tickets on our Platform are provided through a Third Party Aggregator, which acts as an intermediary for the airline(s).
2. You make your Booking directly with the airline. We are not a “party to the contract” in relation to your Booking. When booking, you enter into a Mediation Agreement with the Third Party Aggregator (for the ticket) and a Carriage Agreement with the airline (for the Air Tickets themselves).
3. If you book any additional services (extra luggage, insurance, etc.), you are entering into a direct contract with the Third Party Aggregator or other company. We will not participate in the conclusion of this agreement.
4. We act solely as a Platform and third party Terms do not apply to us. We are not responsible for your ticket or any additional services you may purchase and (to the maximum extent permitted by law) we have no liability to you in relation to your Booking.
Our actions
1. We provide a Platform where you can compare and book them.
2. Once you have booked your Flight, your Booking details (eg names of travellers) will be provided to the Service Provider.
3. Subject to the Contract of Carriage, we may be able to assist you in amending or canceling your Booking if you wish, but only within the limits of the airline's cancellation or refund policies.
Air ticket changes, cancellations and refunds
1. You will find the cancellation policy in the Contract of Carriage, which will be available at the time you book your Flight.
2. A fee may apply for changing or canceling your Flight.
3. Airlines reserve the right to reschedule or cancel flights at their discretion.
4. Different tickets from the same airline may have different restrictions or include different services.
5. If you have any questions about changes, cancellations or refunds, please contact our Customer Service.

6. If you entered your passport details incorrectly and issued an air ticket, you must notify our support service in writing within 1 (one) hour after booking and call the hotline at the same time. Incorrectly entered first names, last names, passport numbers, dates of birth when booking air tickets may lead to the airline refusing to provide the service without a refund.

7. Some charter airlines or national carriers that operate a charter flight do not allow ticket cancellations even within the first hour of booking. Therefore, we urge you to check your entered passport details before proceeding to the booking page.
8. If you are not sure that you will be able to enter your passport data as indicated in the passport and are afraid of making a mistake, you can send copies of your passports to our support service and indicate the name of the service you want to book. Next, you will receive a link, by clicking on which you will be able to see and check the ordered service and immediately pay using the same link.
Your actions
1. When choosing a hotel, air ticket, tour, transport, you indicate the dates of arrival, the number of days stayed and the number of adults, children and their ages. This is how prices for accommodation facilities are displayed. If, when booking the selected object, you incorrectly indicate the age of the children, the final price may differ from the previous one, since at the time of booking you no longer enter the age, but the date of birth. Therefore, you need to enter the age of the children that will be at the time of arrival at the accommodation facility or at the time of boarding the plane. Any discrepancy identified by the service provider, namely the airline, accommodation facility or transportation companies related to the age of the children may require additional payment or refusal to provide services.
2. You must correctly enter all your contact details so that we and/or the Service Provider can provide you with information about your Booking and contact you if necessary.
3. You must read and agree to be bound by our Terms and Third Party Terms (which will be displayed at the time of booking) and acknowledge that failure to comply with them may result in additional charges and/or cancellation of your Booking
