Vegetarian, child meals and kosher meals are available upon request when booking.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled boarding time to avoid missing your trip. Late arrivals will be considered as no-shows.

Return transfers can be organised and are available for an additional charge. Transfers are on sharing basis.

Cancellation policy is as per Dubai's local time.

The option of Kosher catering service, upon request and with a minimum of 24 hours in advance. The food menu is certified to meet Kosher standards and is offered at an additional charge of AED250 + VAT per person (non-commissionable), added to the rate of each experience.

For a full refund, cancellation has to be made before 10:00 AM on the day of the cruise. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
